About the role#
The Talent Management & Development Intern joins our team for a 12-week summer program. You will work across talent teams on projects that support employee growth, performance, and learning experiences. This role provides exposure to various talent functions while allowing you to lead a specific project or workstream from start to finish. You will receive guidance from team leaders and present your final findings to HR leadership.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to talent management and development projects based on current business priorities.
- Conduct research and analyze qualitative or quantitative information to identify insights.
- Create, edit, and organize learning materials, presentations, and internal communications.
- Support the planning and execution of talent programs by tracking milestones and coordinating activities.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to gather input and move projects forward.
- Identify ways to improve team processes, documentation, tools, or the employee experience.
- Use internal systems to organize information and communicate project progress.
- Handle employee and organizational information with strict confidentiality.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Completed your Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year of undergraduate studies.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize work, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfort working collaboratively, seeking feedback, and navigating shifting priorities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Proven record of problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and achieving results.
- Previous internship or work experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, paid internship.
- The program runs for 12 weeks, from May 17 to August 6, 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Atlanta or Sandy Springs, Georgia.
- This position does not offer sponsorship.
