About the role#
This is a full-time Talent Acquisition internship for Summer 2027. You will work within the Talent Acquisition team to support staffing strategies, internship programming, and candidate sourcing. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment and event planning.
What you'll do#
- Support recruiting tasks for full-time staffing needs across all company functions and levels.
- Help plan and run events for the summer internship program.
- Participate in candidate sourcing projects, partnerships, and related events.
What you'll need#
- Current Sophomore or Junior student status.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and professionalism in an HR setting.
- Experience or interest in event planning and a genuine interest in working with people.
Location & details#
- Location: Orrville, Ohio.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 9 days onsite per month.
- Compensation: Paid position, $18-$24 per hour depending on graduation year.
