About the role#
This internship is part of the Technology, Data, AI & Ventures organization. You will join a team focused on building statistical and machine learning solutions to support our business operations. The program runs for 11 weeks during the summer of 2027. You will work on hands-on projects, collaborate with other interns, and engage with experienced staff.
What you'll do#
- Build and enhance statistical and machine learning models.
- Develop AI and GenAI solutions using advanced tools.
- Translate business questions into model-driven solutions by working with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Manage the analytical model lifecycle, including problem framing, exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and validation.
- Present your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with traditional machine learning and statistical methods like hypothesis testing and probability.
- Foundational knowledge of generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, vector embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Ability to work full-time for the 11-week program duration.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week on-site in New York City.
- The internship is a paid, full-time position.
