About the role#
Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking pharmacy technician students for the Summer 2025 term, with potential opportunities extending into the Fall 2025 term. This role provides hands-on experience in pharmacy operations and professional services. We are currently accepting applications from first-year pharmacy technician students.
What you'll do#
- Process prescriptions and assist with prescription intake and release.
- Support pharmacy programs and professional services.
- Perform compounding and compliance packaging tasks.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer care.
- Act as a brand ambassador by modeling the company commitment to kindness in the community.
- Manage tasks independently and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited pharmacy technician program.
- Active registration as a student or intern within the relevant province.
- Open availability throughout the summer, including evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
