Pharmacy Student

About the role#

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking pharmacy students for the Summer 2025 term, with potential opportunities extending into the Fall 2025 term. This role provides hands-on experience in pharmacy operations and professional services. We are accepting applications from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year pharmacy students.

What you'll do#

• Perform pharmacy-related tasks appropriate to your level of training, including prescription processing, intake, and release.
• Assist patients and promote pharmacy programs and professional services.
• Handle compounding and compliance packaging tasks.
• Deliver high-quality customer care.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by modeling the company commitment to kindness in the community.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited pharmacy program.
• Active registration as a student or intern within the province.
• Open availability throughout the summer, including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Injection certification is required at the time of interview or hire for 3rd-year students.
