About the role#
Neighborhood Healthcare offers clinical rotation opportunities for students currently enrolled in RN programs. This role provides hands-on experience under the guidance of an experienced nurse. You will apply your classroom knowledge in a real-world setting and gain exposure to community health.
What you'll do#
- Participate in rotations under the direct supervision of an assigned registered nurse.
- Engage in patient care activities as directed by program requirements and preceptor guidance.
- Develop clinical skills including patient interaction, case documentation, and care coordination.
- Adhere to company standards regarding professionalism, confidentiality, and patient care.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an RN program.
- Current enrollment as an RN student at CSU San Marcos.
- Attendance at a school with an active affiliation agreement with Neighborhood Healthcare.
- A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate through an American Heart Association (AHA)-approved source.
- A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and collaboration.
