About the role#
The NFL Foundation Fellow provides administrative support to the Foundation team. This role focuses on the operations and grant programs that address youth health, wellness, youth football, and other priority areas. You will report to the NFL Philanthropy Manager and work closely with the broader Philanthropy team.
What you'll do#
- Process grant payments using the Grant Management System (GAMS).
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, and taking meeting minutes.
- Serve as a point of contact for NFL clubs, players, and partner organizations via phone and email.
- Maintain filing systems for non-GAMS grants and track progress report submissions.
- Assist with the creation of grant assets, such as application guides and media templates.
- Conduct programmatic research and support the development of the annual report.
- Manage inventory and promotion tasks for the NFL Auction website.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program.
- Strong writing, communication, and customer service skills.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- An interest in philanthropic work and general knowledge of sports media.
Location & details#
- This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week.
- This role is strictly on-site at an NFL office or stadium location. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
- No relocation assistance is provided.
