    About the role#

    The Legends Development Fellow will assist the Player Operations department with a focus on either Player Engagement or the NFL Legends Community. This role involves executing key programming and supporting the operations that serve both current players and NFL Legends.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with encouraging NFL Legends to download the Players Community App and raise awareness of available resources.
    • Monitor the NFL Legends inbox and respond to inquiries.
    • Support the development of new engagement strategies for teams and Legends.
    • Assist with the planning and execution of Player Engagement meetings and events, including workshops, town halls, and career tours.
    • Provide operational on-site support at select NFL tent pole events.
    • Design PowerPoint presentations and develop lookbooks for various initiatives.
    • Support the administration of programs, including the Legends Community Coaches Network and the Player Portal.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 0 to 2 years of experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
    • Experience in the sports marketing industry or client management is preferred.

    Location & details#

    • Location: New York, New York.
    • Work modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
    • Travel: Approximately 20% of the year, including major NFL events.
    • Schedule: May require work on select weekends and holidays.
    • Physical demands: May require standing for long periods and heavy lifting while on-site at events.
