About the role#
The Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena Public Safety Department are looking for interns for the Winter 2027 semester. This role provides hands-on experience within the sports and live events industry. You will gain exposure to various departments across the organization while learning about arena operations.
What you'll do#
- Manage the inventory of security items like radios, cameras, keys, and metal detectors.
- Help develop staff credentials and prepare event documents, schedules, and sign-up sheets.
- Track and log items turned into lost and found.
- Review event documentation and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Assist with arena event planning and coordinate operations between departments and contractors.
- Shadow Front of House calls during live events.
What you'll need#
- You must be a sophomore, junior, or senior at an accredited college or university.
- You must be able to receive college credit for this internship.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- An energetic and outgoing personality.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn.

- This internship is located in Nashville, Tennessee.
- The term runs from January through April 2027.
- This is an on-site, unpaid position.
- You must be available to work evenings and weekends as required by your credit hour needs.
