About the role#
The Nashville Predators are looking for an intern to join the Social Impact and Growth department for the Winter 2027 term. This role focuses on supporting our DEI initiatives and the Smashville GUIDER Board. You will gain hands-on experience across the organization and learn how our programs align with business strategies.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Smashville GUIDER Board to carry out monthly staff DEI initiatives.
- Help create the quarterly GUIDER newsletter.
- Research and assist with the management of various DEI programs.
- Update and manage the GUIDER webpage in coordination with the Marketing and Digital teams.
- Prepare recaps for completed GUIDER initiatives.
- Assist in building a year-round engagement calendar.
What you'll need#
- You must be a sophomore, junior, or senior currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
- You must be able to earn academic credit for this internship.
- We look for an energetic and outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
- You should have a strong desire to learn.
- You must be able to handle confidential information with care.
- You must be available to work evenings and weekends when necessary.

- This position is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
- This is an on-site role. No remote work is available.
- This internship is unpaid.
