About the role#
The Human Resources Intern role provides hands-on experience for a college student or individual looking to build a career in HR. You will support the daily operations of the HR department and assist with various people-related projects under the guidance of the HR Manager and Head of Human Resources.
What you'll do#
- Support daily HR operations, systems, compliance activities, and various projects.
- Manage talent acquisition tasks, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, and preparing offer paperwork.
- Enter employee transactions and updates into HR and payroll systems.
- Handle internal communication via phone, email, and written documentation to respond to employee requests.
- Maintain employee files by scanning and uploading documents.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all employee records and protected information.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Prior exposure to Human Resources or completion of a certificate program is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.

- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
