About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers a co-op experience for students seeking an extended applied learning opportunity. This role supports the Global Clinical Supply division through strategic and operational initiatives. You will own meaningful workstreams that contribute to business objectives, digital transformation, and continuous improvement. The assignment lasts up to 6 months and provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end clinical supply chain.
What you'll do#
- Lead project workstreams that support Global Clinical Supply priorities.
- Analyze business processes, operational data, and supply chain information to identify improvements.
- Create dashboards, reports, process maps, training materials, and business insights.
- Apply data, automation, or AI-enabled approaches to improve operational efficiency and decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Quality, Logistics, and Digital.
- Participate in initiatives focused on operational excellence, process standardization, and governance.
- Develop data-supported recommendations and communicate findings, risks, and next steps.
- Manage project tasks such as scope definition, milestone planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Document processes and support change management to ensure implementation readiness.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, PharmD, PhD, or other relevant degree.
- Ability to commit to an extended co-op assignment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Foundational digital and data literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to collaborate across functions and manage work across multiple milestones.
- Interest in fields such as supply chain, data analytics, life sciences, engineering, or business.
- Experience with data analysis, process improvement, or project management is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, SAP, or AI-enabled technologies is a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid position.
- The role is based in Rahway, New Jersey, or West Point, Pennsylvania.
- The work modality is hybrid.
