About the role#
This internship is part of the Future Talent Program within the Research Labs Division. You will support Global Clinical Trials Operations and other areas of Global Clinical Development. The program runs for up to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Write and update process documentation.
- Create training materials and help deliver live, virtual, or recorded training sessions.
- Calculate process metrics to track performance.
- Assist cross-functional teams focused on improving business processes.
- Work with networks of process owners and subject matter experts.
- Develop content for emails, web updates, and presentations.
- Manage feedback channels like mailboxes and surveys to identify training needs.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of study toward a bachelor's degree in biology, public health, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical sciences, or a related analytical field.
- Strong skills in teamwork, leadership, and collaboration.
- Organizational aptitude and project management abilities.
- A mindset focused on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
