About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers internships lasting up to 12 weeks within our Research Lab Division. This program provides an opportunity to contribute to clinical data management projects while gaining insight into our company's long-term goals. You will work under the guidance of experienced staff to support the execution of clinical data management strategies for assigned drug and vaccine programs.
What you'll do#
- Develop detailed project plans for the collection, review, and cleaning of clinical data including case report forms, lab results, and biomarker data.
- Serve as a project manager for clinical data management activities, including project initiation, execution, change control, and closing.
- Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and perform risk management planning.
- Read and interpret clinical protocols to provide data management input into trial design.
- Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, assess complexity, and confirm project deliverables.
- Monitor the status and quality of data throughout the trial.
- Ensure all activities required for database lock are completed and support the archival of trial data and documentation.
- Support site and sponsor audits and identify opportunities for process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a B.A. or B.S. degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Available to work full-time for up to 12 weeks starting in June 2027.
- Genuine interest in learning about clinical data management.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- The role is based in Rahway, New Jersey, or West Point, Pennsylvania.
- This position follows a hybrid work modality.
- Sponsorship is not available for this role.
