About the role#
The Clinical Quality Operations (CQO) team provides quality oversight for clinical trials conducted by the Global Clinical Trial Operations organization. This internship offers the opportunity to engage with specialists and management to support projects that drive the ethical and efficient conduct of clinical trials. You will participate in activities that maintain inspection readiness and support process improvement initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support the CQO team in overseeing quality operations for trials.
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential process improvements.
- Create tools to assist with risk assessment, quality planning, and inspection readiness.
- Assist with benchmarking activities for quality deliverables.
- Develop a capstone presentation to summarize your internship projects and outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time BS/BA degree program in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Biomedical Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Completion of at least two years of collegiate study by June 2027.
- Availability to work full-time for up to 12 weeks starting in May or June 2027.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for using AI tools for business tasks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and interact with all levels of the organization.

- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role operates on a hybrid schedule.
- Locations include Rahway, New Jersey, and Upper Gwynedd, Pennsylvania.
- This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
