GCTO is a global organization operating in over 50 countries and is responsible in the delivery of our company's diverse development portfolio.It is critical that, for all company-sponsored clinical trials, patient safety, high quality data and compliance with company requirements and regulations are delivered and sustained.The Clinical Quality Operations (CQO) organization has an important impact in achieving those objectives. CQO provides quality oversight for clinical trials, participates in the identification of opportunities for process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, the organization is responsible for the overall strategy for maintaining ongoing inspection readiness as well as preparing for, management and follow up of regulatory inspections. The intern will engage with all levels within the CQO organization to participate in and/or lead projects that support HQ quality operations driving the efficient and ethical conduct of clinical trials across the region.
