About the role#
Motorola Solutions is hiring an intern for the Outbound Sales team for the summer of 2027. This position offers hands-on experience in a sales environment, focusing on lead qualification and customer engagement. You will work directly with the sales team to support ongoing campaigns and learn core sales strategies.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team with outbound sales campaigns.
- Learn and apply techniques to qualify leads and find new sales opportunities.
- Document customer interactions and keep CRM records up to date.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Research customer needs and industry trends to help shape sales approaches.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a graduation date on or after December 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship located in Allen, Texas.
- This role is strictly on-site, and you must be local to the Allen or Dallas area or able to commute.
- You must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
