Solar Internship: Fall 2026

About the role#

Moss & Associates is offering a paid, full-time solar internship for the Fall 2026 semester. This program provides active exposure to construction job sites and on-the-job training from industry leaders. Interns will have the opportunity to develop transferable skills, network across the organization, and learn how to adapt to new teams and working environments.

What you'll do#

• Gain industry insights and participate in training led by professionals.
• Network with team members throughout the organization.
• Manage your time efficiently while working in a construction environment.
• Contribute to projects while maintaining a professional and collaborative approach.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Sociology, or Business Administration.
• Ability to commit to the full 12-14 week semester.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility regarding commutes, high travel, or relocation requirements.
• Strong professional and interpersonal skills.
