About the role#
This Behavior Analyst in Training position is designed for RBTs who are currently pursuing their BCBA certification. You will work within our clinical team to gain the required supervised fieldwork hours while receiving mentorship and training. This role is a pathway to a BCBA position at one of our clinics upon certification.
What you'll do#
- Engage in applied practice opportunities across varied clinical areas.
- Attend group supervision sessions to learn from experienced clinicians.
- Implement ABA interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans for children with autism.
- Collect data and analyze client progress to help refine treatment plans.
- Assist in behavioral assessments and support other staff members.
What you'll need#
- RBT Certification with over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience.
- Completion of a master degree or anticipated completion within the next 6 months.
- A genuine interest in helping children with autism thrive.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A background in Psychology.
