About the role#
Mosaic Pediatric Therapy offers a Behavior Analysis Practicum for individuals pursuing BCBA certification. This full-time, paid position supports your professional development through an intensive training model. You will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced BCBA supervisors while working toward your certification.
What you'll do#
- Implement ABA interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans for children with autism.
- Engage in applied practice across assessments, parent training, and supervision sessions.
- Collect data and analyze client progress to optimize treatment plans.
- Assist in behavioral assessments and provide support to other RBTs and staff members.
- Complete BCBA mock exams and attend study groups to prepare for certification.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure consistent treatment.
What you'll need#
- RBT Certification with over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience.
- Current pursuit of BCBA certification.
- A master’s degree, or expected completion of one within the next 6 months.
- A commitment to helping children with autism thrive.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
