About the role#
The Behavior Analysis Practicum at Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is designed for professionals pursuing BCBA certification. This program balances direct service hours with supervised fieldwork to help you complete your requirements. You will work on-site in Charlotte while receiving mentorship from experienced BCBA supervisors. Upon certification, you will be offered a BCBA position at one of our clinics.
What you'll do#
- Implement ABA interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans for children with autism.
- Engage in applied practice across clinical areas including assessments and parent training.
- Collect and analyze client data to optimize treatment plans.
- Attend group supervision sessions and participate in BCBA mock exams and study groups.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure consistent treatment.
What you'll need#
- RBT Certification with over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience toward BCBA certification.
- Completion of a master’s degree or anticipated completion within the next 6 months.
- Current pursuit of BCBA certification.
- A desire to help children with autism thrive.
