About the role#
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst Practicum is a full-time program designed for individuals pursuing their BCBA certification. This role allows participants to balance direct service hours with supervised fieldwork to meet certification requirements. Upon certification, you will be offered a BCBA position at a clinic in your region.
What you'll do#
- Engage in applied practice opportunities including assessments, parent training, and supervision sessions.
- Attend group supervision sessions to learn from experienced clinicians.
- Implement ABA interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans for children with autism.
- Collect and analyze data regarding client progress to optimize treatment plans.
- Assist in behavioral assessments and support other staff members.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure consistent treatment implementation.
- Complete assigned student units and fieldwork hours.
- Participate in BCBA mock exams and study groups.
What you'll need#
- Current RBT Certification.
- Over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience toward BCBA certification.
- Completion of a master's degree, or anticipated completion within the next 6 months.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A desire to learn and grow in clinical skills.
- Academic background in Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or Kinesiology.

- This is an on-site, full-time, paid role.
- The program operates on a rolling basis.
