About the role#
As a Data Analytics & Insights Intern, you will support our team with administrative and analytical tasks. You will gain hands-on experience by working on business intelligence projects that help improve our operational and financial performance. This is a full-time, paid position for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and analyses for internal customers.
- Use database, data science, and visualization tools to calculate and display key performance indicators.
- Support the creation of tools used for predictive analysis.
- Draft technical documentation and training materials to help users navigate data tools.
- Help with various ad hoc projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis software, specifically Excel, Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience or interest in data visualization and reporting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities while being detail-oriented.
- Preference is given to students currently in their junior year with previous internship experience or a basic understanding of construction practices.

- This position is located in Minnesota, United States.
- This is an on-site role.
- The internship runs from May to August 2027.
