About the role#
The Operations Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship starting in June 2027. You will work within the Operations Division, which serves as a line of defense for the firm's financial and operational health. The program includes a firm-wide orientation, on-the-job training, and a speaker series designed to help you understand the financial services industry and the firm's culture. You will have opportunities to engage with senior management throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Operations teams to evaluate and reengineer processes.
- Partner with business units to support trade capture, clearance and settlement, account opening, cash management, billing, tax reporting, and fraud monitoring.
- Work with Technology teams to design and implement business process changes.
- Identify and mitigate operational risk while ensuring compliance with global regulations.
- Build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Present findings and project work to senior management.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects with competing priorities.
- A proactive, motivated approach with the ability to work well in a team.
- All majors are encouraged to apply.
