About the role#
The Software Engineering team in our Military Aircraft Group is looking for a summer intern to join us in Torrance, California. This is a full-time, paid position focused on supporting our embedded systems development.
What you'll do#
- Design and implement software for embedded aircraft control systems.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of engineering tasks.
- Provide technical support to staff engineers.
- Offer input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
- Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- A GPA of at least 3.0.
- The ability to relocate to Torrance for the duration of the internship.
- Strong communication skills and a professional disposition.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
