About the role#
As a Sr. Associate Brand Manager Intern, you will join a brand team to provide strategic support and contribute to the success of our products. Your responsibilities mirror those of a full-time Sr. Associate Brand Manager, offering you a direct look at how we manage our portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams, plan and execute brand initiatives, and analyze business performance throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Lead, analyze, and support the delivery of the business plan while managing the P&L.
- Manage brand portfolios, including support for innovation, renovation, and commercialization launch plans.
- Develop brand strategy, manage content, and coordinate with agencies to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of a competitive brand.
- Assist in the launch of a new product, including the development of promotion plans and sales materials.
- Develop new package designs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of prior work experience.
- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Location: East Hanover, New Jersey, United States.
- Term: Summer 2027.

- Compensation: $1,800 - $2,000 per week.
