About the role#
The Packaging Co-Op position provides an opportunity to gain real-world experience within the Research and Development organization. This role typically spans 6 months and focuses on project management, material selection, and technical execution. You will work alongside scientists, engineers, and cross-functional partners to support packaging design and development.
What you'll do#
- Manage total packaging structural design projects.
- Conduct packaging material testing in both laboratory and production environments.
- Run plant trials at manufacturing facilities.
- Interface with external suppliers and cross-functional partners in areas like Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
- Identify cost-savings opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Strong cognitive abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship.
