About the role#
The Underwriting Intern will work with the team at Mission US to support property insurance operations. This is a temporary, full-time, on-site role for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Receive training to assist in the underwriting of property insurance.
- Review and analyze reports to make informed underwriting recommendations.
- Support underwriters with coordinating and processing policies.
- Participate in special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program for Risk Management and Insurance or a related field.
- At least two years of completed course work is preferred.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with professional standards.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
