About the role#
The Human Resources Intern will gain experience across core HR functions while supporting our team. This role provides exposure to recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and people analytics. It is a fit for a rising senior or recent graduate who wants to understand how HR supports business operations and organizational growth.
What you'll do#
- Maintain HR documentation, personnel files, and HR system data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support new hire onboarding, orientation, documentation, and employee records management.
- Assist with HRIS data maintenance, reporting, workforce analytics, and dashboard creation.
- Help with job postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, candidate communications, recruiting tracking, and pipeline reporting.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, either in progress or recently completed.
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is remote, though you must live in the United States.
- We do not provide employment sponsorship.
