About the role#
This is a part-time, year-round internship opportunity. You will work 10 to 20 hours per week, with schedules that accommodate your academic commitments during the school year and summer. We have one opening available for a student based in either Lincoln, Nebraska, or Overland Park, Kansas.
What you'll do#
- Support the recruiting team with resume reviews.
- Manage career fair inventory and coordinate logistics for campus events, career fairs, and shadow days.
- Post open positions to various school job boards.
- Review student information for the upcoming summer internship program.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Candidates entering their junior year are preferred, though sophomore students will be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- This position is located on-site in Lincoln, Nebraska, or Overland Park, Kansas.
- This is a paid internship.
