About the role#
This internship offers civil engineering students hands-on experience with the Site Design team. You will work alongside experienced staff on real projects for retail, commercial, and residential developments. This role is a full-time, paid position for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the creation of construction plans for various sites.
- Perform site layout, grading, stormwater, and utility design.
- Conduct research and write technical reports.
- Travel to job sites as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a civil engineering degree program.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
