About the role#
As a Roadway intern, you will join our team to work on transportation projects ranging from urban and rural roadways to highways and multimodal paths. You will work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience that connects your classroom studies to professional practice.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project design using CAD drafting.
- Perform research for transportation projects.
- Write technical reports.
- Work collaboratively with the Roadway team on various infrastructure projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in civil engineering.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail.
