About the role#
The Ticket Sales Intern supports the department through operational duties both in the office and at the ballpark. This full-time, paid position offers experience in the sports industry, focusing on customer service and ticket revenue. You will work on-site in Milwaukee throughout the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist sales staff with special events, including theme nights and season seat member experiences.
- Fulfill ticket orders using the Pro Venue platform.
- Monitor and update the group sales inventory database for suites and all-inclusive areas.
- Manage pregame custom tailgates by greeting vehicles and troubleshooting issues.
- Serve as a customer service representative in all-inclusive areas during games.
- Provide administrative support for the Ticket Sales Department.
What you'll need#
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Ability to organize and analyze data.
- A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Operations Management.
