    About the role#

    This internship offers exposure to the construction industry through hands-on learning and job training. Interns work under the guidance of experienced personnel to understand company culture, business models, and project management practices.

    What you'll do#

    • Become familiar with company culture, philosophy, and business operations.
    • Assist with scheduling required jurisdictional inspections and testing.
    • Support daily manpower reporting, safety inspections, and the creation of design team field reports.
    • Assist with the execution of site staging and logistics plans.
    • Work with supervisors to understand the construction function and utilize industry tools and resources.

    • Current or recent enrollment in an educational program focusing on real estate development, construction management, architecture, or applicable engineering and software management fields.
