About the role#
This internship provides experience within the Information Technology Service Center and the Identity and Access Management (I.A.M.) team. You will support daily operations and contribute to project-based work focused on identity governance. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work with I.A.M. Engineers to learn identity governance concepts and lifecycle management.
- Build foundational knowledge of Okta and how identity governance functions within the bank.
- Learn how access governance requests move through the IT service management tool.
- Assist with access requests and remediation tasks under team guidance.
- Complete a project that maps the identity governance layer from alignment through performance metrics.
- Analyze data and document processes related to identity and access management.
- Collaborate with the Service Center and IT support teams.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 2 years of study.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and iOS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
- Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and use new software and programs.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Location & details#
- This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri.
- You must reside locally and report to the St. Louis office.
- The internship runs from mid-May through early August 2027.
- The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
