About the role#
The Financial Services Cloud Admin Intern supports the Salesforce team with daily operations, development, and testing. You will gain hands-on experience with how Salesforce integrates with our lines of business and handles data flows. This role involves working closely with team members to resolve user requests and complete specific project assignments.
What you'll do#
- Learn and support Financial Services Cloud functionality.
- Assist with the Salesforce support queue by researching and resolving user issues.
- Manage data flows and mappings between Salesforce and the ETL team.
- Help with Salesforce enhancements, development tasks, and defect resolution.
- Participate in team meetings, development cycles, and testing processes.
- Shadow team members to understand platform integrations and support workflows.
- Complete assigned projects under the guidance of a designated coach.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Management Information Systems.
- Completion of at least 2 years of your degree program.
- Previous coursework or experience in technology or data-related subjects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
- Ability to learn and use new software quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working effectively in a team environment.
- Salesforce knowledge is preferred but not required.
Location & details#
- Location: St. Louis, Missouri.
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Term: Summer 2027 (mid-May through early August).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Compensation: $18 per hour.
