About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site at our Carmel, Indiana office. The program runs from June 2, 2027, through August 13, 2027. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship, including OPT or CPT.
What you'll do#
- Support virtual customers by answering questions and strengthening relationships.
- Work with internal subject matter experts to understand customer needs and assist with problem-solving.
- Review metrics and data to help the team improve processes.
- Participate in community service events, intern socials, and networking activities.
- Deliver a final presentation summarizing your project work and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, English, or a related field.
- Interest or experience in communication, data analysis, customer service, or process improvement.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships.
- Willingness to learn or use tools such as Dynamics, Power BI, and Excel.
- A curious mindset and a desire to find better ways to work.
