About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site at our Carmel, Indiana or Eagan, Minnesota offices. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship, including OPT or CPT, for this role.
What you'll do#
- Identify business problems and inefficient processes by working closely with your teammates.
- Support improvements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Build and test workflows, automations, dashboards, and process updates.
- Contribute to projects through data analysis and process mapping.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Present your project findings and recommendations to department leaders and executives.
- Participate in community service projects, social events, and networking opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Business, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience or a strong interest in process improvement, systems analysis, business analytics, automation, or technology implementation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Excel.
- Proficiency with workflow or data-visualization tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
