About the role#
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern supports the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities. This role provides exposure to core financial processes and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to real-time business decisions.
What you'll do#
- Assist in monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
- Partner with operational teams to understand cost drivers and performance trends.
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and small projects.
- Work across FP&A and related functions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Completion of 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting.
- Experience with PowerPoint.
