    About the role#

    Engineering interns work directly with the engineering team to gain practical, hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering. You will apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects and present your outcomes to leadership.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
    • Create and update technical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
    • Organize and maintain project documentation and data.
    • Identify and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve material usage.
    • Analyze quality control processes to identify defects, determine root causes, and propose solutions for product quality improvement.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an engineering program, such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Plastics Engineering.
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Prior experience with prototyping, testing, or CAD software.
