About the role#
We are hiring a co-op student for the Winter 2027 term to support our client-facing Learning Solutions team. This is a full-time role providing exposure to various areas of Learning and Development.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate program launches and set up eLearning courses within the learning management system.
- Upload participants and manage data entry.
- Provide technical support during virtual training sessions, including managing breakout rooms and tracking attendance.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to create detailed reports for clients.
- Improve internal processes using Microsoft Suite.
- Ensure high accuracy in all reporting and data management tasks.
What you'll need#
- A background in Human Resources.
- Strong writing skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Comfort working collaboratively with people across multiple teams.
- Reliable internet connectivity.
Location & details#
- This position is fully remote.
- This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, scheduled between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST.
- Some client engagements may require flexibility in work hours.
