About the role#
We are hiring a co-op student for the Winter 2027 term to support our client-facing HR Services teams. This is a full-time, remote position. You will gain exposure to various HR topics and work directly with our teams to support online client engagements.
What you'll do#
Your work will span the entire lifecycle of our client engagements. Before an engagement begins, you will send calendar invitations, meet with the engagement leader to plan agendas, and prepare presentations, documents, activities, and polls.
During client sessions, you will manage break out rooms and handle notetaking. Afterward, you will summarize discussion notes, finalize deliverables, and participate in debrief meetings. You will also conduct short research requests on HR topics and assist in preparing workshop materials.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Human Resources program.
- Strong listening and notetaking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different people across multiple teams.
- A genuine interest in the field of Human Resources.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: Remote.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, typically between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST. Some client engagements may require flexible hours.
- Locations: Toronto or London, Ontario.
- This is a paid position.
