About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join an engineering team to work on live systems and products. This role provides exposure to how enterprise software is built, maintained, and scaled globally. You will work on-site in either O'Fallon, Missouri, or Arlington, Virginia.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of software features.
- Write clean, maintainable code and basic automated tests to verify behavior.
- Learn and apply secure coding practices.
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Troubleshoot issues and debug code to support system enhancements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and core computer science concepts.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Eligibility to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship.
