About the role#
As a Quality Engineer Intern at Brasstech, you will report to the Director of Lean Processes. This role focuses on the development and maintenance of production work instructions to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient product manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Create work instructions according to established standard formats.
- Manage the approval process for completed instructions, including necessary revisions and follow-ups.
- Upload finalized documentation to the Brasstech Intranet System.
- Update existing work instructions to reflect engineering changes or process modifications.
- Collaborate on team-based process improvement initiatives, including 5S, kaizen, cost reduction, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- No prior professional experience is required.

- This is an on-site, part-time, paid internship.
