    About the role#

    As an EHS Intern at the Marvin Composites plant in Fargo, you will gain hands-on experience on the production floor. This is a paid, full-time, rolling internship designed for students who want to balance their studies with real-world experience. You will work alongside teams in Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and R&D to support safety and emergency management initiatives.

    What you'll do#

    • Lead facility safety initiatives, administrative controls, and EHS program revisions.
    • Ensure the facility meets OSHA and environmental regulations.
    • Participate in incident investigations and support corrective actions.
    • Assist with hazardous waste management, fire protection systems, and ergonomic evaluations.
    • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and site security measures.

    What you'll need#

    • Junior or Senior status working toward a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience in Data Analytics.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate across departments.
