About the role#
Marvell is looking for an intern to join the Central Engineering Foundational IP team in Burlington, Vermont. You will work on designing, verifying, and characterizing high-performance memory. This role involves applying software and circuit fundamentals while collaborating with engineers on products deployed at scale.
What you'll do#
- Work with SRAM circuit designers to implement PPA data for design kits.
- Build systems to optimize SRAM memory solutions for System on Chip designers.
- Streamline the memory selection process.
- Analyze, document, and present results to internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expected graduation between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Experience with scripting in Perl, Python, or Bash in a command line environment.
- Proficiency in a Linux environment and version control systems like Git or GitHub.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with SRAM architecture and basic circuit-design skills such as digital logic and transistor fundamentals.
- Experience with Functional programming, specifically Clojure, and Java.
- Previous experience in the semiconductor industry.
