About the role#
As a Product Engineer Intern, you will join a team focused on advanced semiconductor technologies. You will work alongside ASIC Design, Applications, and Test Engineering groups to develop, debug, and optimize test solutions for complex ASIC products. Your work will cover the full product lifecycle with a focus on data infrastructure to support yield, quality, and reliability.
What you'll do#
- Support silicon bring-up and validate new device features and test methodologies.
- Analyze wafer sort and final test data to assess product performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Product and Test Engineering issues.
- Drive yield and test time improvements through data analysis and root-cause investigation.
- Build automated dashboards and tools for engineering insights.
- Use Python, VBA, and JMP for statistical analysis and correlation studies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Completed coursework in digital electronics, analog electronics, and VLSI design.
- Understanding of circuit theory and Semiconductor Device Physics.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C, C++, or VBA.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment while remaining detail-oriented and proactive.
- Eligibility to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable law.
