About the role#
We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to join the University Programs Team. You will support the day-to-day operations of our internship program across 15+ North American offices. This role offers hands-on experience in internal communications, event execution, and project management.
What you'll do#
- Support pre-hire communications, events, and swag distribution.
- Maintain landing pages for resources, newsletters, and slide decks.
- Plan intern events including kickoffs, socials, networking, and developmental sessions.
- Coordinate internal training for intern managers and mentors.
- Draft newsletters, program updates, calendar invites, and Slack messages.
- Manage the intern program calendar, schedule meetings, and assist with data management in Excel.
- Coordinate logistics for offices remotely, including catering, room bookings, and expensing.
- Work with HR, Communications, Marketing, IT, and site security teams.
- Create and analyze post-event surveys and feedback summaries.
- Support global intern initiatives, including the annual Global Intern Event.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a co-op eligible program in Communications, Operations, Event Management, Marketing, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to begin working full-time in January 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Excel, Zoom, Outlook Calendars, and Slack.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working full-time in an office setting.
- Eligibility to travel to the US without restriction.
- Eligibility to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable law.
