About the role#
As an Accounting Intern, you will join the Corporate Financial Accounting team to gain practical experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, global consolidations, and accounting policy. You will work alongside accounting professionals to support financial operations and reporting for the company.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the preparation of global journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
- Conduct financial analyses and prepare schedules for SEC filings.
- Perform tie-outs for 10-Qs and earnings press releases.
- Support SOX controls documentation.
- Help with monthly general ledger close and consolidation processes using Oracle ERP.
- Contribute to ad-hoc accounting projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting, with an anticipated graduation date of Winter 2027 or later.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Eligibility to access export-controlled information.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Santa Clara, California, or Irvine, California.
