About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Orlando, Florida. You will work in a hybrid capacity during the Summer 2027 term. This program provides hands-on experience in corporate IT operations, including mentorship from department leaders and opportunities to collaborate on projects that contribute to business innovation.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily department operations and support project planning under team guidance.
- Attend team meetings to provide your own ideas and feedback.
- Gather and analyze data for projects, reports, and presentations.
- Shadow the Business Analysis team to learn about scope, requirements definition, and process modeling.
- Create task-aids for common issues within Aha!, Jira, and Lucid.
- Document AI agent functionality and usage.
- Help create processes for product tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level.
- Preferred fields of study include Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- You should be able to communicate ideas clearly to leadership and senior stakeholders.
- You need strong process modeling skills and experience using tools like Visio or LucidChart to produce complex process flows.
