About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Orlando, Florida. You will work on-site during the Winter 2027 term. You will support the Customer Advocacy department through daily operations, project planning, and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Assist with day-to-day operations and help execute team projects.
- Attend team meetings to provide your own feedback and ideas.
- Gather and analyze data for reports, projects, and presentations.
- Support the Way-to-Go Celebration and assist with the PBX line.
- Write biographies for Way-to-Go winners.
- Review Guest Satisfaction Surveys.
- Handle general administrative duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a college degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Hospitality.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience with data entry.
- Effective communication skills.
